I took my vehicle in for body repair. It was Anthony who received me, he explicitly explained to me the entire process to follow. Listening, welcoming and efficient: qualities that are often lacking in the staff of this establishment. The end result is impeccable. The only downside: the time slots for dropping off vehicles for repair are not accommodating, weekend staff are not “trained” to collect the keys to a vehicle…
